Great service, speedy delivery, good quality.

Very impressed, my order was well packaged and delivery was prompt. The items in my order were of good quality materials.

Also another reason I ordered from this company was I didn't have to place a huge order, I'm just a member of the public and not a large hotel etc.

We stayed at the Crow Wood Hotel Spa Resort in Burnley. The bedding so was soft. The pillows were the best. I took a picture of the label and ordered 4 when I got home. Delivered within 3 days. Definitely recommend the firm pillows.

This was the 2nd order for bathrobes and they were just as good as the first. Unfortunately this order got lost in the system so delayed the delivery . The items are of such good quality however I would always order from the company again

I have been buying linen and towels for our holiday let and the quality is superb. I purchased the V200 thread count fitted sheets. They are a good weight, have generous proportions so they are easy to fit and the stitching around the elastic is colour coded for ease of identifying the size of the sheet. I find this really helpful.
I bought 650g weight towels and they have been brilliant. They have a good weight and wash well.

I recently went to butlins and the first time in a long time I slept well the pillows was perfect I have struggled to find a pillow that's right for me weather it was expensive or cheap then I discovered Hollowfibre Cluster at butlins made by vision looked them up on the Internet and ordered the pillows had them now about 3 weeks still sleeping
like a baby that's why I have name them Willy Wonka of pillows best regards steve lyford.

My daughter and I both went away with others in our family to different places. Without knowing it we both came back with the same opinion about the hotels that we had stayed in. And that was how fantastic the pillows were!! My daughter had looked and noted the make of the pillows and then ordered some when they came home. When we found out that we had both stayed at a M....... hotel. I knew that I had to get the pillows too! They are fantastic. My husband has never slept so well. Thankyou Vision Linens. I was given the name of Vision Linens after staying at the Hilton and commenting how lovely the pillows were. I purchased a feather and down pillow as Iike to sink into the pillow and not feel as though I am on a bouncy castle. Pillow was delivered on time and I am delighted. Will definitely purchase further items in the future.

I don’t recommend it.Very disappointed.The table cloths was yellow ish colour, no white, didn’t look new how it was in the description.They didn’t give me refund for the postage how they told me.I spend the time to write them lots of emails,go to the post office to return the item and paid the postage too.I am very disappointed.

Had to return the purchase due to it not being the good quality expected. Communication however, was very positive and a full refund was received. For that reason, I would not hesitate in making any future purchases. Cannot fault the excellent customer service received.
